During the process we will evaluate if you are getting water in your basement, flooding and sitting water in your yard, downspout drainage, accounting for sump pump discharge and if there is a nearby storm sewer or low point to drain the water to.

Ware Landscaping did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! I needed my entire backyard regraded and they filled it in with more than 2 truck loads, installed a French drain and put new beautiful green sod on top. They also power washed and reset my front retaining wall. Communication from the beginning was always very good. We always knew when they were coming out. The project was completed on time as well. An easy way to check if your soil has poor drainage is by seeing if water is still sitting in a hole after 12 hours. If it hasn’t drained, the soil may contain too much clay, be compacted, or the area could be low-lying.

To clean a clogged yard drain, use a 1/2″ manual drain auger to break up or remove any solid debris like sticks or leaves near the top. Once you’ve cleared the blockage, flush the drain with a garden hose to wash away the remaining material.
