Ware Landscaping Inc. in Naperville, IL is calling all self-motivated and hardworking Laborer / Landscaping Workers and Foreman / Leaders to apply to join our amazing landscaper team full-time!

This Laborer / Landscaping Worker position works a 6:30am – 5:30pm Monday-Friday schedule and earns a competitive pay of $1000 weekly (up to $1200 for foreman), plus weekly bonuses, based on skill level and experience. In this landscaper role, you make our customers happy by making their outdoor spaces beautiful. Assessing the outdoor area, you ensure properties have the best plants for the area keeping in mind the water required to help the landscape flourish. You also keep landscapes tidy, flourishing, and attractive by performing routine maintenance throughout the year. Work doesn’t slow down during snowy seasons, where you perform residential and commercial snow removal as well as residential holiday light installations. You love the variety your position brings and that you are the reason for a more comfortable landscape for our clients.
