We only offer complete lawn maintenance packages where you won’t have to worry about doing anything in your yard. We will take care of your property entirely from spring to fall with the option to add the snow removal during the winter. We service residential, commercial and homeowner associations.

We only offer one package and that’s where’s we take care of everything. This includes the spring clean ups, weekly mowing, an organic fertilizer program, and fall cleanups. Something that really sets us apart and tailors our work to high end customers is we do clean ups on a weekly basis: weeding, edging flowerbeds and trimming bushes, when we are out mowing which leaves the yards looking absolutely emaculate.

We only offer full lawn maintenance packages where we take care of everything, we are NOT a mowing only company. We are not your cheap option but we are the best!

Ware WEEKLY Cleanup and Lawn Maintenance Package

How our Lawn Maintenance Program works:

We provide both commercial and residential lawn maintenance. Our full service packages include:

Spring Clean Up: Edging flower beds, trimming plants, blowing out flowerbeds, and giving the yard a fresh cut.
Weekly Mowing: Cutting grass with a grass catcher, weed-wacking edges, power edging sidewalks, and blowing off walks and driveways.
Weekly Clean Ups and Gardening: Weeding flowerbeds, edging, and trimming bushes on a WEEKLY basis, setting us apart for an incredible yard appearance.

Please note, we only offer these services as part of the complete package, and we are not a mowing-only company. We offer $100 per month discount out our Lawn maintenance packages if you do a drainage, hardscape or landscaping project for $5,000 or more.

One time Spring Clean up with Mulch installation

We will edge out flower beds, trim bushes, weed, clean up beds and install 8 yards of mulch.

Do we offer mowing only services?

No we do not, we only offer Full Service Lawn maintenance packages where we take care of everything, this includes the weekly mowing, spring cleanup, weekly clean ups, fall clean up, and organic fertilizer program.

What is included in the weekly clean up service?

We will do mini cleanups on the flowerbeds each week while we are out cutting the grass. We will focus on weeding, edging beds and trimming bushes on a weekly basis. This is a game changer and will keep the yard looking great all throughout the season.

Ware Landscaping did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! I needed my entire backyard regraded and they filled it in with more than 2 truck loads, installed a French drain and put new beautiful green sod on top. They also power washed and reset my front retaining wall. Communication from the beginning was always very good. We always knew when they were coming out. The project was completed on time as well.
