FANTASTIC JOB!!!

Ware Landscaping did a FANTASTIC JOB!!! I needed my entire backyard regraded and they filled it in with more than 2 truck loads, installed a French drain and put new beautiful green sod on top. They also power washed and reset my front retaining wall. Communication from the beginning was always very good. We always knew when they were coming out. The project was completed on time as well. They also called on their own a month after the project to check on the sod and were willing to replace some spots due to the June heat wave. Would recommend Ware Landscaping to all!!!”

The answer to this question is dependent upon several factors, including the type of work that is being done. A drainage project involving new drains, yard grading, and sod is going to take a lot longer than mulching and planting in the spring. Most projects take between one and six weeks. When we review your project and develop a landscaping plan, we will provide you with a projected timeline. We always work hard to meet those timelines!

At Ware, we have the experience and training to know when a permit is required and when it’s not. Installing a pool, building a retaining wall,  or making major changes to your drainage system may require a permit from the city. 

Smaller projects, such as planting, mulching, installing sprinklers, or building new gardens, will not require any special permission. We will advise you about potential permit needs when we complete your consultation.
