No, we do not. Only doing snow removal for 2”+ makes it nearly impossible to do a good job and results in ice build-up, which can lead to slip and falls. It’s also impossible to staff for.

Do you offer one-time snow plows?

No, we do not. We require signing up for either a 1-year or 3-year contract. With the 3-year contract, you will get a discounted rate.

How does the pretreating work?

We will come out the night before to pre-salt to ensure safety during the morning hours. If snow starts accumulating later in the morning, we will then come back out for a second pass to plow/shovel and salt. You will be charged for a pre-salting and then charged again for a plow/salt.
