I am writing this brief review because of the fantastic experience we had with Ware Landscaping, Inc. For weeks me and my sons tried to resolve an issue dealing with water seepage in our garage. It was not resolved until I contacted Ware Landscaping. Our experience from project review, contracting and job completion was way beyond our expectation! Mike Ware and his organization from top to bottom was terrific to work with. They not only completed the job of installing a French drain over 100 feet.
They did it without cutting any of the electrical wires or water lines for our sprinkler system and connected 4 gutter down spots including 1 of our neighbors into the system. This prevented water backup above the garage foundation and seeping through the foundation and first layer of brick and mortar for the garage. Throughout the project his crew was very respectful in answering all our questions and if they did not have answers, they had a supervisor come out to do so. We are ecstatic about the outcome of our project and the garage no longer has water seepage. We are very grateful to Mike and his whole team for the job well done!
